  2. How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@meerafashion.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request promptly.
  3. Cancellation Confirmation: Once your cancellation request is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your request, please contact us immediately to ensure your order has been canceled.
2. Refunds for Canceled Orders
  1. Refund Process: If your order is canceled within the allowable timeframe and has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
3. Exceptions
  1. Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow our Return and Refund Policy if you wish to return the order after receiving it.
  2. Custom Orders: Orders for custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a custom order.
