We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  1. Time Frame: You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and e-gift vouchers.
2. Return Process
  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@meerafashion.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items you are returning, including the original packing slip or order confirmation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Meera Fashion is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  2. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
  3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order or the item was defective.
  4. Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items unless otherwise noted on specific product pages.
4. Exchanges
  1. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at exchanges@meerafashion.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on returning the original item and placing a new order.
  2. Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
  1. Reporting Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at support@meerafashion.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.
  2. Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or covering return shipping costs for the defective or incorrect item.
6. Gifts
  1. Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us at gifts@meerafashion.com. We will issue a gift credit for the value of the returned item, provided it meets our return criteria.
